Hormones. Bloodwork. Peptides.
1-on-1 coaching that reads your bloodwork before building the plan. The MARCH Method for hormones, peptides, energy, and physique.
The Method
Powered by the MARCH Method
A biology-first system that rebuilds your body from the inside out.
What we address
The root cause of dysfunction. Hormones, gut, thyroid, recovery, energy. We read your data, find the gaps, and build the protocol around what your biology actually needs.
How we deliver
Oversight plus precision protocols. Weekly check-ins, lab-driven adjustments, and a coach who stays in the work with you. No template plans, no copy-paste protocols.
The Pain
The problems we solve
If any of these sound familiar, the system you have been using is not built for the body you have.

The MARCH Method
Five stages, one sequence. Built in the order biology demands. Click any stage for what it means, what we look for, and how we know you graduate.

What to expect
Your roadmap depends on your goal
Pick what brought you here. The MARCH Method runs in every case. The visible markers along the way differ.
Foundation locks in
Energy stabilizes. Sleep improves. Cravings drop. Daily habits start running on autopilot. Visible body change begins.
Body composition shifts
Weight moves the right direction (up or down depending on your goal). Strength climbs. The plan is fitting your life instead of fighting it.
New baseline
Sustainable rhythm locked. The new baseline becomes the baseline. No rebound. You can hold this without thinking about it.
Foundation work
Mitochondrial repair. Gut prep. Hormonal baseline established. Training volume titrates to recovery capacity. No chasing a peak yet.
Performance window opens
Strength climbing. Recovery improving. Body composition shifting. Training intensity ramps. Sleep and digestion supporting the load.
Phase locks in
Stage-readiness or off-season protocol mapped. Long-term training and nutrition periodization in place. Lean tissue trending up, body comp on target.
Symptom triage
Sleep, digestion, and energy stabilize. Stress response calms. First lab review and protocol adjustment. The biggest day-to-day pains start lifting.
Root cause work intensifies
Cortisol rhythm normalizes. Gut healing visible. Hormones start moving in the right direction. Symptom relief deepens.
Foundation holds
Symptoms reduced significantly. Lab markers trending. The plan is working AND sustainable. No flare rebound, no protocol crash.
Tier comparison
Pick the level of access
Both tiers run the MARCH Method. The difference is touchpoint cadence and direct access to Coach Farren. Programs longer than 3 months get deeper protocol periodization and lower per-month cost.

Meet your coach
Farren Brown
Fifteen years ago Farren started bodybuilding as part of his own recovery. It gave him a reason to rebuild from the inside out, and it forced him to learn how his body actually worked. That is where the obsession with internal health, bloodwork, and supplementation started. In bodybuilding you do not get to guess. The numbers either move or they do not.
Six years ago Farren met his wife. She is a competitive bodybuilder too, and she has Hashimoto's. Watching her navigate autoimmune disease, hormone shifts, and a medical system that kept missing the root cause is what cracked functional health open for him. He went deeper. Past the standard panels, past the textbook protocols, into peptides, hormones, gut health, and the specific ways the body fails and rebuilds.
Around the same time, fifteen years of competitive bodybuilding caught up with him. His gut was wrecked. He had to heal himself the same way he now helps clients heal: data first, root cause first, biology before behavior. That work led to his certifications through NASM and AFAA Level 1 Health Coach.
Farren built Wesnoski Coaching because the medical system, especially in Canada, is failing people. Doctors are stretched thin, prescriptions move faster than diagnoses, and the gap between "your labs are normal" and "I feel like garbage" is where most people get lost. His job is to close that gap. He reads your bloodwork, builds the protocol around your real biology, and stays in the work with you until the inside matches the outside.

Edge cases
Card declines on Stripe: Try second card. If PIF declines, offer payment-plan link as fallback. If both fail, schedule a follow-up in 24 to 48 hours. Deal is not closed until Stripe says it is.
Wants to read contract first: Send DocuSign first, then Stripe link after they confirm they have read it. Stay on the line until Stripe lands.
Asks for a discount beyond on-call offer: $200 off PE and $400 off SD are within authority. Beyond that, text Farren first and wait for written approval.
"I need to think about it": Do not send links. Book a specific follow-up time on the call. Send the discover.wesnoskicoaching.com URL as the leave-behind.
Day 2 nudge if DocuSign not signed:
When you don't know the answer
Use one of these. Do not improvise on medical, legal, or scope-of-practice questions.
Call-only topics: specific peptide names, sources, dosing, gray market sourcing, anything reading as medical advice, specific medication or supplement dosing, advanced panel pricing.
