Mitochondria

Energy. The floor.

The energy floor underneath every cell in your body. If your cells cannot make power, nothing layered on top of that has fuel to actually work. We begin here.

What this looks like

Tired after a full night's sleep. Foggy mornings. Caffeine dependence. Afternoon crash. Cold hands and feet. That feeling of never being fully online.

How we know you're ready

Morning energy stable without caffeine. Body temperature steady. Sleep deep. Recovery back. Resting heart rate dropping into a healthy floor.

Absorption & Detox

Gut. Liver. Bile flow.

Your gut, your liver, the bile flow that clears your hormones and your toxins. You cannot supplement your way out of poor absorption. We restore this second.

What this looks like

A few things to know going in so you arrive ready.

The call is with my team

You will be sitting with one of my Client Success Directors. They are trained inside the same doctrine you just heard me walk through. They know the framework, the process, and our standards. Their job is to understand your case more deeply and help you figure out if this is the right next step.

Bloodwork is not reviewed on this call

That conversation happens after you become a client, during your intake and the onboarding call with me directly. The call you booked is for you to be heard, and for us to make sure this is the right next step.

Most of the time will be about you

Your body. Your history. What brought you here. What has not worked. There will be questions that go a little deeper than what you might be used to, not to test you, but because those questions are usually where the rebuild actually starts.

Come honest, not polished

There is no script you need to bring. No perfect version of yourself to perform as. Even if the honest answer is "I don't know yet," that is a real answer and a fine place to start from.

However you are arriving is welcome here. Tired. Skeptical. Hopeful. Half in, half out. All of it is okay.

The work is slow.
The right work usually is.
