Hormones. Bloodwork. Peptides.

1-on-1 coaching that reads your bloodwork before building the plan. The MARCH Method for hormones, peptides, energy, and physique.

Biology-first
Data-driven
Built to hold

The Method

Powered by the MARCH Method

A biology-first system that rebuilds your body from the inside out.

What we address

The root cause of dysfunction. Hormones, gut, thyroid, recovery, energy. We read your data, find the gaps, and build the protocol around what your biology actually needs.

How we deliver

Oversight plus precision protocols. Weekly check-ins, lab-driven adjustments, and a coach who stays in the work with you. No template plans, no copy-paste protocols.

The Pain

The problems we solve

If any of these sound familiar, the system you have been using is not built for the body you have.

Guessing with supplements, diets, and protocols. Spending money and time spinning your wheels.
Doctors prescribing meds without solving the root cause or tracking biofeedback. Just chasing lab numbers while you feel like crap.
Cookie-cutter coaching that gives surface-level results that fall apart the moment the protocol ends.
Confusion from endless contradictory online advice.
Wasted money on random labs and biohacks.
The fear: "what if I try again and nothing changes?"
These are the problems we solve.

The Framework

The MARCH Method

Five stages, one sequence. Built in the order biology demands. Click any stage for what it means, what we look for, and how we know you graduate.

M
Mitochondria
Restore energy production and cellular performance
What it means
Mitochondria are the powerhouses of every cell. When they are dysfunctional, every other system runs on fumes. Until energy production is stable, no other intervention sticks.
What we look for
Symptoms: wake-tired, afternoon crashes, caffeine dependence, brain fog, cold extremities. Markers: ferritin, B12, magnesium, fasting glucose, HbA1c, thyroid status, mineral panel.
Graduation criteria
Stable energy across the day without caffeine. Blood glucose in optimal range. Sleep quality consistent. Resting heart rate normalizing. Morning energy on rise.
Typical phase length
4 to 8 weeks depending on starting point. Athletes and lifestyle clients often move faster. Functional health cases take longer.
A
Absorption and Detox
Optimize gut, liver, and bile flow for nutrient uptake
What it means
Optimize gut function and detoxification pathways so the body can take in nutrients and clear waste. You cannot supplement your way out of poor absorption.
What we look for
Symptoms: bloating, constipation, reflux, food sensitivities, skin issues, post-meal fatigue. Markers: GI-MAP results, hormone metabolites (DUTCH), liver enzymes, bile flow markers, stomach acid signs.
Graduation criteria
Daily bowel movements. No bloating. Food sensitivities reduced. Bile flow restored. GI-MAP markers normalized. Skin and energy improving as a downstream signal.
Typical phase length
4 to 12 weeks. Often the longest phase. Gut healing is non-linear and requires patience.
R
Resilience
Stabilize stress response, adrenals, and inflammation
What it means
Stabilize the stress response, adrenal function, and inflammation. Get the nervous system out of survival mode so the body can rebuild.
What we look for
Symptoms: wired-but-tired, anxiety, 3am wakeups, high resting heart rate. Markers: cortisol patterns (DUTCH or saliva), hsCRP, inflammation panels, HRV, blood pressure trends.
Graduation criteria
Cortisol rhythm normalized (high morning, low evening). HRV improving. Sleeping through the night. Baseline inflammation reduced. Stress recovery faster.
Typical phase length
4 to 8 weeks. Lifestyle interventions and adaptogenic support compound quickly when M and A are already stable.
C
Cycle and Signal
Repair hormones, thyroid rhythms, fertility, and neurotransmitters
What it means
Repair hormone signaling, thyroid rhythms, fertility hormones, and neurotransmitters. This is where most coaching starts. We start here only after the foundation holds.
What we look for
Symptoms: PMS, mood swings, low libido, thyroid symptoms, irregular cycles, fertility concerns. Markers: full thyroid panel (TSH, fT3, fT4, RT3, antibodies), sex hormones, DUTCH cycle mapping, neurotransmitter panel.
Graduation criteria
Cycle regularity and symptom relief (women). Libido restored. Thyroid panel optimized (not just normal). Mood stable. Fertility markers improving where applicable.
Typical phase length
8 to 16 weeks. Hormone work is patient work. The body responds in cycles, not days.
H
Hypertrophy and Healthspan
Build lean tissue, extend vitality, and lock results long-term
What it means
Build lean tissue, train for performance, lock in long-term healthspan. Once the foundation is stable, fat loss becomes easier and lean muscle is achievable. Most coaches start here. We finish here.
What we look for
Body composition (DEXA, skinfolds). Strength capacity. Recovery markers. Longevity biomarkers (ApoB, Lp(a), HbA1c). Cardiovascular fitness. Training readiness.
Graduation criteria
This is the maintenance and progression phase. The goal becomes sustainability, performance, and long-term healthspan. You do not graduate from H. You stay here.
Typical phase length
Ongoing. This is the lifelong phase. Periodized training, nutrition, and supplementation cycles.
Every failed protocol skips steps. MARCH is the sequence that builds results that hold.

Day 30

Foundation locks in

Energy stabilizes. Sleep improves. Cravings drop. Daily habits start running on autopilot. Visible body change begins.

Day 60

Body composition shifts

Weight moves the right direction (up or down depending on your goal). Strength climbs. The plan is fitting your life instead of fighting it.

Day 90

New baseline

Sustainable rhythm locked. The new baseline becomes the baseline. No rebound. You can hold this without thinking about it.

Day 30

Foundation work

Mitochondrial repair. Gut prep. Hormonal baseline established. Training volume titrates to recovery capacity. No chasing a peak yet.

Day 60

Performance window opens

Strength climbing. Recovery improving. Body composition shifting. Training intensity ramps. Sleep and digestion supporting the load.

Day 90

Phase locks in

Stage-readiness or off-season protocol mapped. Long-term training and nutrition periodization in place. Lean tissue trending up, body comp on target.

Day 30

Symptom triage

Sleep, digestion, and energy stabilize. Stress response calms. First lab review and protocol adjustment. The biggest day-to-day pains start lifting.

Day 60

Root cause work intensifies

Cortisol rhythm normalizes. Gut healing visible. Hormones start moving in the right direction. Symptom relief deepens.

Day 90

Foundation holds

Symptoms reduced significantly. Lab markers trending. The plan is working AND sustainable. No flare rebound, no protocol crash.

These are typical trajectories. Your case is yours. Some of these markers move faster, some take longer. Real data, real biofeedback, real adjustments.

Meet your coach

Farren Brown

Fifteen years ago Farren started bodybuilding as part of his own recovery. It gave him a reason to rebuild from the inside out, and it forced him to learn how his body actually worked. That is where the obsession with internal health, bloodwork, and supplementation started. In bodybuilding you do not get to guess. The numbers either move or they do not.

Six years ago Farren met his wife. She is a competitive bodybuilder too, and she has Hashimoto's. Watching her navigate autoimmune disease, hormone shifts, and a medical system that kept missing the root cause is what cracked functional health open for him. He went deeper. Past the standard panels, past the textbook protocols, into peptides, hormones, gut health, and the specific ways the body fails and rebuilds.

Around the same time, fifteen years of competitive bodybuilding caught up with him. His gut was wrecked. He had to heal himself the same way he now helps clients heal: data first, root cause first, biology before behavior. That work led to his certifications through NASM and AFAA Level 1 Health Coach.

Farren built Wesnoski Coaching because the medical system, especially in Canada, is failing people. Doctors are stretched thin, prescriptions move faster than diagnoses, and the gap between "your labs are normal" and "I feel like garbage" is where most people get lost. His job is to close that gap. He reads your bloodwork, builds the protocol around your real biology, and stays in the work with you until the inside matches the outside.

What is included
How long have you been doing this? What's Coach Farren's background?
Farren has been in the bodybuilding and functional health space for the past 10+ years. He has worked with 200+ clients internationally. He holds certifications through NASM and AFAA Level 1 Health Coach. Coaching philosophy is biology-first, root cause, and built around the MARCH Method (Mitochondria, Absorption and Detox, Resilience, Cycle and Signal, Hypertrophy and Healthspan).
Is Farren a doctor?
No. Farren is a certified functional health coach, not a licensed physician. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. We provide education, biofeedback tracking, lab interpretation through a functional lens, and lifestyle, nutrition, training, and supplementation strategy. For anything outside coaching scope, we either work with the client's existing physician or connect them with a doctor or HRT clinic in our network.
How do you work with people who already have a doctor or specialist?
We work alongside, not against, their existing care. Lab findings are framed as questions for their physician, not directives. We do not tell anyone to stop a medication, change a prescribed dose, or skip an appointment.
Can you order blood work for me in the US?
Yes. We have the ability to write requisitions for any and all blood and advanced lab work in the United States. That includes standard panels (CBC, CMP, lipid, thyroid, iron) and advanced functional panels (full hormone, methylation, GI-MAP stool, organic acids, DUTCH, food sensitivity, mold, heavy metals, ApoB, Lp(a), inflammation markers, full thyroid). You walk into a draw site (LabCorp or Quest in most cases), the requisition is waiting, you draw, results come back to us.
Do I have to use my own doctor for labs?
Not unless you want to. We can run all of it directly. If you prefer to use your own physician, that works too. Your call.
What does the lab testing cost?
Cost varies by panel. Farren reviews your case on the call and recommends the panel that actually answers your questions. Pricing is shared after that conversation. We do not push every panel on every client. Smart panels, not maximum panels.
How fast do results come back?
Standard blood panels: typically 3 to 7 business days. Advanced functional panels (DUTCH, GI-MAP, organic acids): typically 2 to 4 weeks. Once results come in, Farren does a full analysis and we map out the protocol from there.
Can you order labs for me in the UK?
Yes. We are able to get requisitions for blood work and lab testing in the UK. This covers standard blood panels and advanced functional testing. Process is similar to the US: requisition is sent, you book the draw, results come back to us for analysis.
Do you work with UK clients differently than US clients?
The coaching is the same. Lab logistics differ slightly because UK panels run through different labs. Farren handles all of it.
Do you work with HRT (testosterone, estrogen, thyroid medication)?
Yes. We work directly with doctors and HRT clinics in the United States. If you want to go that route, we connect you with a clinic in our network for prescribing and medical oversight. We handle the coaching side: dosing strategy, biofeedback, lab interpretation, lifestyle context. The clinic handles the prescription and medical management.
Can you prescribe HRT yourself?
No. Prescriptions come through a licensed physician or HRT clinic. We do the coaching work around it: lab analysis, dose strategy, biofeedback, side effect monitoring. The clinical relationship and prescribing stays with your doctor.
What if I'm already on HRT with my own clinic?
Even better. We work alongside your existing prescriber, interpret your labs in context, and build the lifestyle and supplementation strategy that supports your protocol.
Do you work with peptides?
Yes. We have access to both prescription peptides through our medical network and to gray market sources used commonly in the bodybuilding and biohacking space. Which route is appropriate depends on your goals, your case, and your jurisdiction. Farren walks through the options on the call.
SETTER NOTE: Peptide details
Internal only. Keep peptide details out of written DMs. Acknowledge yes, we work with peptides, then move the conversation onto a sales call. Specific peptide names, sources, dosing, or pricing are call-only.
Do I have to source my own supplements?
No. We use a Fullscript account for US-based clients. Fullscript is third-party tested, professional-grade, the highest quality on the market. Once Farren builds your supplement protocol, the order goes straight to your inbox. You make the payment, the shipment ships to your door. Zero hunting around for brands or worrying about quality.
Why Fullscript and not Amazon brands?
Two reasons. First, the supplement industry is unregulated and most consumer-grade products fail third-party purity testing. Fullscript only carries practitioner-grade brands that pass independent testing. Second, dose. Most consumer-grade supplements under-dose the active ingredient. Fullscript brands match the doses we actually need to move biofeedback and labs.
How much do supplements cost?
That depends on the protocol Farren builds for you. We do not pile on supplements. Each one has a specific job tied to your labs and biofeedback. Pricing is shared once the protocol is mapped out.
What about UK clients and supplements?
Fullscript is US-based. For UK clients, Farren provides the protocol with brand and dose recommendations and helps map them to UK-available equivalents.
What's included when I sign up?
Coaching, lab interpretation, full protocol build (training, nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle), weekly or biweekly check-ins, priority access, and direct communication with Coach Farren. Specific tier and check-in cadence depends on the program you sign into. Farren walks through tier options on the call.
What does the first 30 days look like?
Onboarding intake. Lab review (or order labs if you don't have current ones). Capacity assessment to make sure the plan density matches your real-world bandwidth. Plan build. First weekly check-in. From there it's biofeedback tracking, plan adjustments, and phase progression through the MARCH framework.

Closing playbook

Run the same play every time. Money first, contract second, Farren notified third, client warmed up fourth.

Step 1 — At "yes," confirm verbally

  • Tier (Precision Engineering or System Dominance)
  • Duration (3, 6, 9, or 12 months)
  • Payment option (PIF or Payment Plan)
  • Email address spelled back and written down

On-call offer authority

  • Precision Engineering: $200 off
  • System Dominance: $400 off

Use the offer as a closer move when the prospect is on the fence. Anything beyond these amounts requires text approval from Farren.

Step 2 — Send Stripe link

Pull the matching link from the Stripe Links Google Sheet (Drive). Match by tier, duration, and payment option. Send via DM, SMS, or email while still on the call. Confirm payment success live before they hang up.

Awesome, locking you in. Here is your secure payment link. Once that goes through I'll send the contract right behind it.

Step 3 — Send DocuSign agreement

Open DocuSign templates. Select the Wesnoski Client Service Agreement. Fill in Section 1 header (name, email, phone, country, tier, program length, payment option, total price, schedule, start date). Send for signature.

Just sent the coaching agreement to [their email] from DocuSign. Quick read, a few initials, and a final signature at the bottom. Sign it within 24 hours so we can get you into the app and rolling.

Step 4 — Text Farren the new client details

Send to Farren at (604) 360-4066 in this exact format:

Edge cases

Card declines on Stripe: Try second card. If PIF declines, offer payment-plan link as fallback. If both fail, schedule a follow-up in 24 to 48 hours. Deal is not closed until Stripe says it is.

Wants to read contract first: Send DocuSign first, then Stripe link after they confirm they have read it. Stay on the line until Stripe lands.

Asks for a discount beyond on-call offer: $200 off PE and $400 off SD are within authority. Beyond that, text Farren first and wait for written approval.

"I need to think about it": Do not send links. Book a specific follow-up time on the call. Send the discover.wesnoskicoaching.com URL as the leave-behind.

Day 2 nudge if DocuSign not signed:

Hey [first name], just nudging you on the coaching agreement, quick sign so we can pull you into the app and start labs. Let me know if you hit any issues with DocuSign.

When you don't know the answer

Use one of these. Do not improvise on medical, legal, or scope-of-practice questions.

That's a great question for Coach Farren on the call. Let's get you booked.
Let me check with Farren and get back to you on that one.

Call-only topics: specific peptide names, sources, dosing, gray market sourcing, anything reading as medical advice, specific medication or supplement dosing, advanced panel pricing.
